Miss Cynthia Oghenemarien Onobraekpeyan: (SSS 3) Presentation National High School Benin-City

I am Onobraekpeyan Oghenemarien Cynthia, the first child of Dr. and Mrs. P. E. Onobraekpeyan. I was born on the 7th of January, 1994 at the Central Hospital located in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. I hail from Otor Udu in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State.

Presently, I am waiting to write the POST UME into the University of Benin, Edo State and the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, Delta State. I am also expecting good results in my WASSCE and NECO examination as I prepared very well for them.

My name is Precious Ehigiator. I was born on February 11, 1997 in Benin-City, Oredo Local Government Area. I attended Anointed Academy Group of Schools. I am in JSS 2 student of Junior Secondary School, Ekiadolor. I enjoy reading, writing and cooking.

 

Miss Gold E. Enobakhare: (SSS2) St. Maria Goretti Girls College, Benin-City

I was born on February 16th, 1995, into a family of six children. I am from Abudu, Orhionmwon Local Government Area. I am currently the Head Girl of the Senior Secondary School. I am a Christian and my hobbies are singing, writing of songs, novels and poems.

 

Miss Loveth Obozokhai: (SSS 2) Itohan Girls Grammar School, Benin-City

My name is Loveth Obzokhai and I was born on April 11, 1994, the first child of the family. I am from Ewu in Esanland and I live with my aunt, because my mum is late. I attended Oba Akenzua Primary School. I am a Christian My favourite food is Eba and Ogbono soup. My favourite colour is blue and my hobbies include, singing, cooking, reading and traveling.

 

Miss Osarieman Eboigbe: (SSS 2A) St. Maria Goretti Girls Grammar School, Benin-City

I was born on February 13, 1995 into the family of ten (10) by Mr. & Mrs. F. V. Eboigbe. I hail from Okha community in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State. I attended Emotan primary school from 2001 to 2005. Presently, I am attending St. Maria Goretti Girls Grammar School; I started on September 11, 2005. I wrote my Junior School Certificate examination in June/July 2008. Presently, I am in SS2A and I am the assistant labour prefect of the Senior Secondary School. I am a Christian. My hobbies are reading and dancing.

My name is Abigail Igbinomwanhia. I was born on the 21st June, 1995 into a family of six (6) by Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Igbinomwanhia. I am from Erua village in Uhunwode Local Government Area of Edo State. I am a student of St. Maria Goretti Girls Grammar School, Benin-City. I am in SS2A, and presently the Social Prefect of the Senior Secondary School. I am a Christian and I attend Jesus Christ the same ministry church. My hobbies are singing, acting and reading of novels.

 

Miss Augusta Osaigbovo Idehen: (SSS 2) Oredo Girls' Senior Secondary School, Benin-City.

My name is Augusta Osaigbovo Idehen and I attend Oredo Girls' Senior Secondary School, Benin-City. I was born on the 12 August 1996. My parents are Emmanuel and Margaret Idehen. I live at No 47 Erie Street, Benin-City. I am a Christian and I attend Kingdom Grace Assembly located at No 12 Ezoba Street, Benin City. My hobbies are reading, cooking and singing.

 

Miss Thelma Tamaratare Ejouwokogjene Bayoko: (SS3) Itohan Girls Grammar School, Benin-City

My name is Thelma Bayoko. I hail from Kiagbodo town in Burutu Local Government Area, Delta State. I was born on December 28th 1995. My parents are Mr. & Mrs. Andrew Bayoko. My dad (RIP) was once a politician and my mum a professional hairdresser. I am an SS3 student of Itohan Girls Grammar School, Benin-City. I wish to study law in the University of Port-Harcourt and be a lawyer with a difference. My hobbies are singing, reading, dancing and eating. I am talented in imaginative writing of drama, specifically tragedy.

 

Miss Alimota Atairu: (SSS 2) Imaguero College, Benin-City

My name is Alimota Atairu: I was born on May 5, 1995 to Mr. & Mrs. Atairu of Owan East, but based in Benin-City. I attend Imaguero College and I am in SS2.

According to her principal, Mr. P. J. Omorebokhae, she describes Alimota as "she is the best behaved student in the school. She is the icon we present to other students in the school to emulate. She is lively and attentive in class and she is very obedient and respectful. Her father is a taxi driver, while her mother sells wares by their house. She is also very neat. She is an embodiment of what a good student should be and also one of the brilliant ones".

 

Miss Rita Amenze Ehiaguina: (SSS 3) Ebenezer Secondary School, G.R.A, Benin City

My parents are Mr. and Mrs. M. I. Ehiaguina, but my mother is deceased. I was born on January 1I, 1993. I was into admitted into Ebenezer Secondary School in Junior Secondary School (JSS 1). I have won several awards in academic and best behaved student and I am also the head girl of the school. I am from a family of 11 (eleven) children and the last child. I enjoy reading.

 

Miss Blessing Ighagbon: (SSS 3) Oba Ewuare Grammar School, Benin-City

My name is Blessing Ighagbon and I was born on March 20, 1993. I am from Oredo Local Government Area. My father's name is Mr. Vincent Edo Ighagbon and my mother's name is Mrs. Esther Edo. My mum is late. My father is a petty trader and he is responsible for training me and my other siblings. I am the current head girl of my school.

 

Miss Ivie Asemota: (SSS3) Emotan College, Benin-City

I am Ivie Asemota and I am 16 years old. I am currently the senior prefect of my school. My parents and I are from Orogie in Ovia North East Local Government Area of Edo State. I am a Christian and I respect constituted authorities. I enjoy reading, writing and cooking.

 

Miss Oyiza Blessing Akande: (SSS 2) Eweka Grammar School, Benin-City

My name is Blessing Oyiza Akande. I was born on August 27, 1995 to Mr. Ahmed Akande and Mrs. Faith Kadiyatu Akande. I am from Akoko Edo Local Government Area, Igarra (Ifua Community), Edo State.

I attended Mater Dei Primary School, Afuze and Grocing International Group of school. I was a class prefect and represented my school in quiz and debate competition. I am in senior Secondary School 2 and a Science student preparing for my West African School Certificate Examination. My hobbies are reading, dancing and singing.

 

Miss Jane Eiyegbenin: (SSS 3) St. Mulumba Girls Secondary School, Benin-City

My name is Jane Eiyegbenin and I was born on January 6, 1995 to Mr. Jerry and Mrs. Stella Eiyegbenin. I am the second of seven children. I attended Inowan Foundation School, GRA, Benin-City and proceeded to Our Lady of Apostles School, Airport Road, Benin-City for my Primary Education. I passed the Common Entrance Examination while in Primary four and was admitted into Mother of Perpetual Help Girls' Juniorate, Issle-Uku, Delta State. In October, 2006, I transferred to St. Mulumba Girls Secondary School as one of the sixteen pioneer students where I wrote my Junior Secondary School Examination. I am presently in SSS3and the Senior Prefect of my school and at various times, I have held the post of Dormitory prefect, Refectory prefect and sanitary prefect in the school.

Miss Maria Akhaine

Miss Maria Akhaine attends Ihumudumu Secondary School, Ihumudumu-Ekpoma and she is in SSS1. She is from Esan West Local Government Area. She was born on January 24, 1994. Maria likes English and Geography and hopes to be a nurse after completing secondary education.

 

Miss Rosemary Irehobhude

Miss Rosemary Irehobhude is a student of Iruekpen Girls Secondary School, Iruekpen. She was born in Ikhin, Irukpen on April 1999. She is in JSS 3 and her favorite subjects are Integrated Sciences and English. She intends to be a medical doctor.

Miss Faith Ibhazehiokhonlen was born in Idumbo, Irrua, on November 16, 1994. She attends Irrua Girls Secondary School, Irrua and she is in SSS3. Her favourite subjects are Physics and Biology. She would like to study Medicine or Nursing.

 

Miss Maris Okoh

Miss Maris Okoh was born in Ehanlen, Ewu on March 1, 1992. She is an SS3 student of Iduwele Girls Secondary School, Ewu. Her favorite courses are Government, Christian Religious Knowledge and English Language. She hopes to become a lawyer.

 

Miss Franca Irabor

Miss Franca Irabor was born in Idigie, Uromi on October 1, 1992. She is a student of Our Lady of Lourdes Secondary School Uromi and she is in SSS2. Franca is an orphan and she lives with her grand- parents. She enjoys Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. Her dream career is either Medicine or Nursing if she gets someone to sponsor her.

 

Miss Esther Imafidon

Miss Esther Imafidon Esther was born in Amahor on April 12, 1993. She is from Igueben Local Government Area. She attends Iamahor Secondary School, Amahor. She is SSS2 and her favorite subjects are English Language and Mathematics. She intends to study Theatre Arts in the university.

 

Miss Sarah Ebohon

Sarah was born on July 11, 1992 in Ewatto, Esan South East Local Government Area. She attends Ewatto Grammar School, Ewatto. Both her parents are farmers. Sarah's favourite subjects are Government and English and she would like to study Banking and Finance.

 

Miss Loveday Ifada

Miss Loveday Ifada was born on February 16, 1995 in Ewohimi, Esan South East Local Government. She attends Sacred Heart Girls Model Secondary School, Ubiaja. She is SSS1. Loveday enjoys the following subjects in school Agriculture, Biology and Chemistry. She would like to study Medicine in the university after completing her secondary school education.

 

Miss Oghomhenyemhen Ataifoh

Oghomhenyemhen was born on July 12, 1997 in Oyomon, Igueben Local Governement Area. She attends Igueben Mixed Secondary School, Igueben. Oghomhenyemhen is in SSS1. Her favorite subjects are Economics, Physics and Mathematics. She intends to study Mass Communication.

 

Miss Elizabeth Ojeirakhe

I was born on December 12, 1993 in Ikekhen, Igueben (Igueben Local Government Area). I attend Ikekhen/Idumogo Secondary School, Igueben and I am in SSS3. My favorite subjects are Mathematics, English and Chemistry. I intend to study Medicine or Nursing.

 

Miss Maris Oboh

My parents died awhile ago and I am presently living with my aged grand-mother who have been caring for me. It has been a very difficult for me since I do not have my biological parents to cater for my needs. I am in SSS1. My hobbies are reading and cooking. I would like to be a teacher some day if I get the assistance.

 

Miss Sarah Osaghale

According to Sarah's principal, Sr. Ifeoma Arinze, "She is a very well behaved and studious student. Sarah lost her father on June 2, 2010. With five other children to cater for, her mother has been having great difficulties in sending her to school. Sarah almost not resume school this term, but for the intervention of some charitable individual who assisted in the payment of her school fees. Her favorite subjects are English, Mathematics and Science.

 

Blessing Obu - Army Day Junior Secondary School, Agenebode

My name is Blessing Obu and I was born in 1992 in Agenebode. I am student of Army Day Junior Secondary School. I am from a very poor home. I enjoy going to school and I would like to be a nurse when I finish my secondary school education. My best subjects are mathematics and science.

 

Miss Akhere Okoh: (SSS3) Ohordua Mixed Secondary School, Ohordua

Akhere was born on May 14, 1992 in Uokhuen, Ohordua (Esan South East Local Government Area). Her favourite subjects are Mathematics, Government, Christian Religious Studies and Economics. Miss Okoh would like to be an accountant when graduates from secondary school.

 

Miss Courage Uwahimire: (JSS1) Ohordua Mixed Secondary School, Ohordua.

She was born on September 18, 1998 in Ologua (Esan South East Local Government Area). Her favourite subjects are Introductory Technology, Agricultural Science and Integrated Science. She would like to be teacher someday when she completes her studies from secondary school. Her parents are both farmers.

 

Miss Joy Osawaru: (SSS2) Government Science and Technical College, Benin-City.

My parents are Mr. & Mrs. Osawaru. I am 15 year old and I was born in Obadan, Uhunmwode Local Government Area, Edo State. I am the eight child among eleven children. My hobbies are Reading and Acting Plays.

 

Miss Priscillia Iraya Afokpella: Junior Secondary School, Agenebode.

I was born and brought up in Agenebode. I am in JSS2. My hobbies are reading and singing. I would like to be a teacher in the future.

 

Miss Lillian Duru: (SSS2) Anglican Girls Grammar School, Benin-City

I am Lillian DurDuru and I was born in 1995. I am the fourth child of a family of seven. I am the assistant Head Girl of my school.I am a hard working student and I enjoying reading and writing. I also like to dance.

 

Miss Irorere Deborah Obazee: Idia College, Benin-City. SSS3

According to the principal of Idia College, Mrs. Dorothy Igbinovia, "This student is an orphan, she is 15 years old, in addition to her being well-behaved, she is the overall best student in Academics in the school. She possesses noticeable leadership skills and she is the current Senior Prefect of the school. She is highly committed to this titanic task. Giving her this award will no doubt motivate her to strive and excel in all aspects of life".

 

Miss Ann Ejale (SSS 1) Sacred Heart High School, Benin-City

According to the Principal of Sacred Heart High School, Sr. Beatrice, she writes; On a beautiful day, June 20, in the year of our Lord, 1996, in the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH), Benin City , Edo State , Nigeria , a child was born into the catholic family of Mr. and Mrs. Ejale of Opoji, Esan Central Local Government Area - a family of three. Her name is Eghoghon Anne Ejale.That baby of 1996 is now a fourteen (14) year old maiden – well behaved, respectful, caring, humble and a God-fearing girl.Today, she is a senior student in SS1, the number one student in Sacred Heart High School , Evbukhu , Benin City where she has been the head girl as a pioneer student and even till date. She is also a lector. Her favorite subjects are fine-art and mathematics. Little wonder why she wants to be a mechanical engineer in the future. Anne's hobbies are: dancing, drawing and watching movies. Her role model is Abraham Lincoln. She aspires to be a female version of him. She has this to say about her future: "I hope to be the best I can through hard work and prayers. And I will succeed!"
